The main types of construction work performed by the branch “Niva-Service”:

• Performance of works on installation of external networks and structures: installation of external networks and water supply structures; installation of external networks and sewerage facilities.
• Performance of work on filling window and door openings: using windows made of PVC, aluminum profiles, wood; with the use of doors made of PVC, aluminum profiles, steel, wood.
• Performance of work on the installation of steel structures: pre-assembly of structural elements; assembly and fastening of mounting connections of structural elements on bolts without controlled tension; assembly and fastening of mounting joints of structural elements on high-strength bolts with controlled tension; columns and supports; farms, crossbars, beams and girders; crane beams; crane tracks of overhead cranes; crane tracks of overhead cranes; profiled flooring.
• Execution of work on the arrangement of foundations, foundations of buildings and structures: arrangement of foundations on foundations from natural soils.
• Performing work on the installation of stone and reinforced masonry structures.
• Execution of work on the installation of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structures: installation of walls of the underground part of buildings; installation of columns, frames, semi-frames and stiffening diaphragms; installation of crossbars, beams, trusses, slabs; installation of wall panels.
• Performance of work on the installation of light enclosing structures: installation of gypsum concrete partitions; installation of frame – sheathing partitions; installation of walls from metal panels with insulation and sheet assembly.
• Execution of works on the installation of wooden structures.
• Performance of work on the installation of anti-corrosion coatings of building structures of buildings and structures using: paint and varnish coatings.
• Execution of roofing works: installation of roofs made of sheet steel, profiled metal decking, metal tiles, corrugated and profiled metal sheets.
• Execution of work on the installation of insulating coatings: installation of waterproofing from rolled materials; device for painting waterproofing (bituminous, paintwork, polymer, bitumen-polymer, polymer-cement); installation of waterproofing from cement mortars, hot asphalt mixes and cast waterproofing; device for heat and sound insulation from plates and bulk materials.
• Performance of work on the installation of thermal insulation of enclosing structures of buildings and structures: installation of light and heavy plaster insulation systems. UPE “Niva” received the Certificate of Conformity of the first category No. 0008628-ST, issued by the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus for all the above types of work.
