About the company

It is the largest enterprise of Niva-Holding.

JSC «LMZ Universal» began its work in August 1977 as the Soligorsk mechanical repair plant to maintain the equipment of Soligorsk operating potash plants in working condition, as well as to manufacture spare parts, equipment, provide the production of steel, iron and non-ferrous castings. In February 1992, the Universal Casting and Mechanical Plant became a national enterprise; on December 2, 1995, the enterprise was registered as JSC «LMZ Universal».

In 2012, UPE «Niva» became the majority shareholder of JSC «LMZ Universal». With the advent of a new owner, the company has significantly updated its technological park. Today’s equipment fleet consists of various modern turning, milling, boring, grinding and other machines.

Thanks to modern machine tools, the plant produces high-quality equipment with high machining accuracy, which allows the plant to be competitive in the European market. The plant processes both small and medium-sized and large-sized products, for example, equipment for sylvinite processing plants.

Production of non-standard equipment;
Manufacture of spare parts for mining, processing and power equipment.
