About the company

The history of the enterprise began in August 1977, when the Soligorsk repair and mechanical plant was created at the repair base of the Soligorsk potash plants.

In 1978, a foundry shop began to function as part of the plant. In 1995, the foundry received the status of a legal entity with the name Production Unitary Enterprise «Universal-Lit».

The production capacity of the enterprise is 600 tons of casting per month. For the manufacture of casting molds, mixers of chemically hardening mixtures according to the alpha-set process and molding machines LO-97 for the manufacture of molds from a sand-clay mixture are used. A casting section was organized according to gasified models in evacuated molds. The company has its own model production. Much attention is paid to the renewal and modernization of equipment.

The policy of the Production Unitary Enterprise «Universal-Lit» in the field of quality is aimed at increasing customer satisfaction. The main component of product quality is the creation of a production environment that guarantees the release of quality products. A quality management system has been implemented for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015.

The unitary enterprise «Universal-Lit» is a member of the Belarusian Association of foundry workers and metallurgists.

The specialists of the enterprise cooperate with the departments «Machines, technologies and automation of foundry production», «Metallurgy of foundry alloys» of the Belarusian National Technical University.
