At the production enterprises of the Niva group of companies, collective agreements are in force, which are one of the most important attributes of the formation of modern labor relations between the employer and employees.

In addition to provisions on working conditions, collective agreements provide for social benefits and measures of financial support for employees.

Other social benefits and financial support measures:

  • Gratitude and monetary reward for fruitful work on professional holidays.
  • Sports and recreation, cultural and leisure activities.
  • Excursion trips.
  • Provision of legal and consulting assistance.
  • Gifts for the New Year, February 23, March 8.
  • Payments for anniversaries (50,60,55,65,70) and continuous work (20,25,30,35,40,45).
  • Souvenirs for anniversaries (20,25,30,35,40,45.)
  • Payment of travel expenses for those traveling to the sanatoriums of Belprofsoyuzkurort – in the amount of 1 base unit.
  • Reimbursement of cash costs for the purchase of a voucher in a sanatorium in the amount of 10% of the cost.
  • One-time financial assistance is paid by the employer: to young specialists upon employment  after graduating from secondary and higher educational institutions, demobilized from the Armed Forces upon admission to the enterprise, resigning to retirement, going on annual leave, and also to payment for expensive operations and treatment, in due to the death of close relatives in рa number of other cases.

    Additional paid vacation days are provided to the holding’s employees in the event of marriage, in the event of death of close relatives.
