The private production unitary enterprise «Mining Engineering Plant» was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on June 28, 2007. On the basis of decision No. 7 dated February 10, 2015 of the founder of UPE «Niva» and Private enterprise «Mining Engineering Plant», in order to ensure the complexity of the supply of manufactured equipment, it was consolidated into «Niva» group of companies.

The enterprise is a resident of the free economic zone «Mogilev».

In 2015, the enterprise’s quality management system was introduced for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2009.
