Funding for employee medical care programs is considered by us as a social investment aimed at health improvement and improving the quality of life of our employees, and at the same time as a cost-effective investment.

Medical care programs for employees of enterprises include regular medical examinations of personnel  on the basis of health centers of enterprises, conducting medical and recreational procedures, providing vouchers to  sanatoriums and dispensaries, seasonal vaccination of employees.
