Caring for the younger generation — is one of  the most important parts of our corporate social responsibility policy.

Child and youth support programs operating at company enterprises have several directions:

• leisure: organization of summer holidays for children in out-of-town health camps and sanatoriums, sightseeing trips, festive children’s events, organizing classes according to interests, employment of high school students and students during school holidays, support for KVN teams and tourist clubs;

• incentives and social support: payment of one-time compensations to military servicemen who returned to enterprises, support for youth organizations, encouragement of active youth at the end of the year, holding professional skills competitions among young workers, payment of material assistance to large families and children with disabilities.
