About the company

The branch of UPE “Niva” – “Niva-Service” is a structural subdivision of the Unitary Production Enterprise “Niva” with its own staff of over one hundred people and own production facilities.

“Niva-Service” performs a complex of construction and installation works, acting as a general contractor and as a subcontractor, having a certificate of conformity of category I for performing the functions of a general contractor and building objects of the first to fourth complexity classes.

Established in 1998 for warranty service of products manufactured by corporate group enterprises, the branch has grown into a powerful enterprise.

Main activities:

Execution of construction and installation works:
- renovation of facades, installation of suspended ceilings;
- finishing (carpentry, painting, plastering, facing) works;
- electric installation work;
- chemical protection of buildings and structures against corrosion;
- performance of waterproofing and roofing works;
- installation and overhaul of process equipment and pipelines;
- construction of buildings and structures from metal structures, monolithic and prefabricated reinforced concrete;
- overhaul of buildings and structures.
Production of metal structures (columns, beams, trusses, etc.);
Production of non-standard technological equipment.
