"Niva-Holding" presented new equipment: Diesel-hydraulic machine СБШ 250-40 ДГ "Universal"

Niva-Holding celebrated Machine Builder Day 2021 with a major event. On September 23, a long-awaited event took place in the workshop of JSC LMZ Universal – the presentation of the Diesel-hydraulic machine СБШ 250-40 ДГ Universal

The Niva-Holding team has been working towards this goal for two years. And it was worth it! For some time, the machine-assembly shop of JSC LMZ Universal turned into an atmospheric show platform, where invited guests from the mining enterprises of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan were presented with the Diesel-hydraulic machine СБШ 250-40 ДГ “Universal” under serial number 01 .

The holiday began with a speech by Alexander Romanovich, General Director of UPE Niva, the managing company of the Niva-Holding. He noted the enormous work that was invested in the creation of new technology.

Nikolay Kostyukovich, Сhief Structural Engineer of JSC LMZ Universal, told in detail about the design of the Diesel-hydraulic machine СБШ 250-40 ДГ “Universal”. It is worth noting that Nikolai was at the origins of the development of both drilling rigs at JSC LMZ Universal – electric and diesel. 12 designers took part in the development of the Diesel-hydraulic machine from JSC LMZ Universal, branch of UPE Niva – Plant of Mining Equipment, UP Belhydraulica and the Russian company United Energy, with which Niva-Holding and specifically Nikolay Kostyukovich have had long and fruitful relationship. Transport support was provided by Niva-Logistic LLC.

And now the solemn moment has come: the honorary right to cut the red ribbon was awarded to (in the photo from left to right) General Director of Promgorservis LLC Anton Kopeikin; Andrey Golm, General Director of SC Orenburg Minerals; Nikolai Kostyukovich, Chief Structural Engineer of JSC LMZ Universal; General Director of JSC LMZ Universal Sergey Muravyov; General Director of UPE Niva – the management company of “Niva-Holding” Alexander Romanovich.

The intrigue came to its climax: the black mantle was thrown off, and the hero of the occasion appeared before all those present – the Diesel-hydraulic machine СБШ 250-40 ДГ “Universal” 01!

Guests of the holiday had the opportunity to examine the machine in detail.

In addition, the holding’s specialists answered in detail all the questions of our guests.

After the holiday, our new machine is waiting for hard everyday life. First, it will undergo experimental tests at the industrial site of the Glushkevichi crushed stone plant (Lelchitsky district, Gomel region).
