Despite the fact that the main direction of the branch of UPE “Niva” – “Design and Survey Bureau” is the design of industrial buildings and structures, it has a successful cooperation in the food industry.

Not long ago Design and Survey Bureau has started successful cooperation with JSC “Molochniye Gorki”, and work was completed on the design and passing of the state construction expertise for the facility “Reconstruction of a part of the milk-reserving plant workshop with the installation of storage lockers, an expedition and a transport and pedestrian gallery located on the territory of JSC “Molochniye Gorki” at the address : Gorki, st. Mira, 19″. The project included the construction of a complex of production and storage buildings for Molochniye Gorki.

According to Maxim Konovalov, director of Design and Survey Bureau, the production part provides for the installation of lines for packing cooked butter and cottage cheese into briquettes with their automatic packaging. The designed storage facilities are a refrigeration chamber with a volume of 7 000 cubic meters, which allows for the simultaneous storage of 600 tons of finished dairy products (drinking milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheese, refined butter, etc.).
