On the eve of the celebration of the Machine Builder’s Day, the main professional holiday of Niva-Holding, honoring of young specialists is traditionally held.

Young people of various specialties, for whom Niva-Holding became the first place of work, gathered in the assembly hall of JSC LMZ Universal. This year, 62 people came to work at the enterprises of Niva-Holding.

Alexander Romanovich, General Director of UPE Niva, the managing company of Niva-Holding, Alexander Romanovich, Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Legal Affairs, Andrey Moiseenya, Chairman of the trade union committee of JSC LMZ Universal, Oksana Golovataya, congratulated the young specialists on entering the professional path of their lives.

In order for the young people to believe that it is possible to build a successful career at  Niva-Holding, a story  about his professional path  – from the position at   UE Belhydraulica to the position of a Deputy General Director of UPE Niva  for production management  was told by Ruslan Akbulatov.

There were also gifts. Each young specialist received a personalized T-shirt and other branded corporate gifts from Niva-Holding.

Better to see once than hear a hundred times. In order to understand the scale of mining engineering with their own eyes, an educational tour of the workshops of JSC LMZ Universal was organized for young people.
