For a whole year, at Underground site-6 of Mine 4 of the Mining Department of Belaruskali OJSC, a shuttle mine car under serial number 001 and a bunker-loader under serial number 001 were tested.

All this time, the above equipment fromMining Machinery Plant (Mogilev) worked as part of a complex, which also included a continuous miner. During the operation of the complex, 139,396 tons of ore were mined.

According to the conclusions of the commission, the shuttle mine car ВС-22В and the bunker-loader БП-22 confirmed their actual technical performance with the possibility of further work in the mine conditions of Belaruskali OJSC. A positive feedback of the performance, reliability in general and the components of the shuttle car for a specific production cycle and other indicators has been given.

Testing of the equipment of the Mining Machinery Plant will also take place at Uralkali JSC. In the mine conditions of the largest producer of potash fertilizers, the second custom version of the БП-22 bunker-loader and the ВС-22ВМ shuttle-car will be tested.

The shuttle car is designed for trackless shuttle transportation of ore in mines that are dangerous for methane gas and coal dust in mine workings.

Now Plant Machinery Plant produces cars of types ВС-17 / ВС-17В, ВС-17M / ВС-17ВМ, ВС-25, which are in demand in the mines of Belaruskali JSC, Uralkali JSC, EuroChem-VolgaKaliy LLC, Vorkutaugol JSC and JSC  Dekhkanabad Potash Plant.

Bunker-loaders are part of tunneling complexes for machine mining of potash ores. Designed to ensure continuous operation of СМ complexes in automatic control mode in workings with slope angles of ± 12⁰. As part of the complex, the bunker-loader receives ore from the roadheader and reloads it into a shuttle car.

Today, Mining Machinery Plant produces bunker-loaders БП-14MA, БП-17, БП-25, which successfully operate in the mine conditions of Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan.

Based on the results of the work of prototypes of Mining Machinery Plant”, the main product of which ismine transport , the issue of putting the ВС-22В shuttle car and the БП-22 bunker-loader into mass production will be considered.
