Mining LED lamps
On the basis of the wishes of the operating personnel, an explosion-proof LED mine lamp СШСВ-3 was designed and mass-produced.
The lamp has a number of advantages in comparison with competitors:
- reduced weight for ease of installation / dismantling in working conditions;
- reduced dimensions to ensure free passage, access to the serviced parts of the hydraulic support, as well as to ensure the support expansion parameters required for especially low longwalls;
- durable LED matrix with reduced power consumption;
- structurally, the lamp is compatible with all types of powered roof support sections.
The lamp is designed to illuminate the working space of working faces, dangerous for gas (methane) and dust, in mines and mines, as well as for emergency stop of downhole equipment by acting on the emergency switch. According to the degree of protection against access to hazardous parts, ingress of external solid bodies and water, the lamp shell has a degree of protection IP54 in accordance with GOST 14254-96.
